Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Sr. Product Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite. If hired, this person will train at the Grapevine, TX facility before transitioning to working at the Fort Worth facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Technical Support to the production team.
  • Perform failure analysis on customer products.
  • Investigate and perform root cause analysis.
  • Contact client for escalations.
  • Set up repair line including ESD tools and grounding.
  • Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems.
  • Requires communication with local and overseas team via emails and conference calls.
  • Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis.
  • Work inside customer lab.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in computer hardware engineering.
  • Hands on Experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices
  • Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have strong Office suite knowledge (excel, word etc.).
  • Requires moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, Configuration files.
  • Effectively communicate concepts and solutions with various levels of the organization.
  • Effectively liaison between Company and Client.
  • Must be able to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.
  • Requires strong analytical and statistical skills.
  • Requires flexibility to work overtime for special projects or business supports.
